Bombay HC restraints Apollo Tyres’ ad ridiculing CEAT

The advertisement showed the tyres of two Mahindra Thar SUVs, one in black and one in maroon, speaking to each other. The black Thar’s tyres are shown to be worn out and it laments to the maroon one saying: “SEE-IT, SEE-IT !…..road ne toh ghis di yaar….meri grip.” The maroon-coloured Thar’s tyres are shown as Apollo APTERRA AT2 which are in excellent condition.

Tata Power-DDL receives patent for transformer moisture protection device

Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd on Monday said it has received a patent for self-regenerating transformer breather for 20 years. The 'Self-Regenerating Breather' is a device protecting a transformer from moisture ingress and thus, increases the longevity of electric transformers, the company said in a statement.

Jasleen Royal Takes Legal Action Against T-Series, Guru Randhawa Over Copyright Infringement

Singer Jasleen Royal has filed a lawsuit against label T-Series, lyricist Raj Ranjodh, and singer Guru Randhawa at the Bombay High Court to protect her music copyright. According to a statement, the lawsuit names T-Series, Raj Ranjodh, and singer Guru Randhawa for unauthorised use of her musical works in the song christened "All Right" from the album "G Thing”.
